Dear Concerned Individuals,
I understand that there are many questions and concerns regarding the 29th and Grove Contamination Site. For more detailed information, I encourage you to visit the website of the Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE).
We are aware that many people are interested in being screened for possible complications due to potential prolonged exposure. KDHE recommends that you reach out to your Primary Care Provider for further guidance. However, if you don't have a Primary Care Provider, we would like to offer ourselves as an option to consider.
Currently, no community funds have been allocated specifically for this screening. However, we are actively seeking funds that would allow us to provide this screening at no out-of-pocket cost to you. We understand the importance of financial considerations and appreciate your patience as we work towards securing the necessary resources.
In the meantime, when you are asked to provide information such as your insurance details to assist in the screening process, please kindly comply. Rest assured that we will share more information with you promptly as soon as we have more information.
If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We are here to support you during this challenging time.
Sincerely,
Venus Lee
