KDHE recommends that you reach out to your Primary Care Provider for further guidance. However, if you don't have a Primary Care Provider, we would like to offer ourselves as an option to consider.

Currently, no community funds have been allocated specifically for this screening. However, we are actively seeking funds that would allow us to provide this screening at no out-of-pocket cost to you.
