If you already have KanCare, the Outreach Coordinators can help you with the renewal process.
You probably have a lot of questions about filling out the KanCare forms. Please call us at 833-309-0121, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm to talk with an Outreach Coordinator / Diego Romero. We can help you with gathering documents and filling out an application in person, at one of our clinic locations. Or we can give you information and help you during an upcoming community event.
We want to help guarantee your application is complete and reviewed in a timely manner by speaking to KDHE or KDADS for you. We can answer questions on your behalf and make sure all the right information is provided. When your application is accurate, you’ll get the full benefit of KanCare services promptly.
To get help, fill out the Authorization Form, then sign and date the form and bring with you to your scheduled appointment. Please understand that we cannot discuss your application or renewal with KDHE or KDADS unless you have signed this form to authorize us to assist you.
