GraceMed Health Clinic will treat all consumer information as protected health information under HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996) regulations, exchanging the PHI (Protected Health Information) only with personnel employed by GraceMed Health Clinic and the Kansas Department of Health and Environment who is responsible for the eligibility determination and/or record review.
